Know Your Rights
Knowledge is Power and Protection
All people residing in the United State have rights!
The U.S. Constitution protects all persons living in the United States, regardless of immigration status, from discrimination. Everyone is entitled to protection of their civil rights, including the right to be treated fairly in court, to free speech, religious freedom, and other core civil rights. Make sure you know your rights so you understand what to do if you are approached by police or ICE in different situations.
